To ensure the sustainability of the Technical School, the graduates have organized themselves to create a social enterprise called SASNic. This company seeks to provide solutions to natural and legal persons (public and private institutions), for profit and non-profit, in the formulation of drinking water systems. So that vulnerable areas of Nicaragua have sustainable access to drinking water, sanitation and hygiene, through consulting services and the sale of inputs, from an integral perspective that includes the generation of youth employment and technologies adapted to the real conditions of the communities.
The idea is for young people to become self-employed and generate income by applying the knowledge acquired during their technical studies. It is expected that the profits generated will be used to implement drinking water and sanitation projects.
